The Medical Program includes family physicians who are present once a week, as well as on call during school hours, and on-site care by a registered school nurse. They administer medication, monitor physical growth and development, dispense first aid and conduct annual physical exams.
Mountainside Family Practice serves as school physicians.
A full time registered nurse administers medication, first aid, and is available for students who may become ill during the school day.
Outside sources provide visual and dental screenings.
Health instruction is provided to all classes in areas including Nutrition, Family Life, and Substance Abuse.
